We are living with Anndee’s parents, Steve and Debi (and their two dogs Baxter and Ollie), in Rogers, AR, USA. They have a large home with ample space for our family (including Lucy). On top of that, we will also have Anndee’s sister Savannah, her husband Justin, and their dog Toby living here as well until their house is finished. That makes six adults, two kids, and four dogs living in the house, which feels really comfortable after living in close community with our team in Peru!
Next week, Genna will start 3rd grade at Providence Classical Christian Academy here in Rogers, and Juliana will be at His House Preschool. They will both be in class Tuesdays and Thursdays. Genna will be homeschooled in conjunction with the school’s curriculum.
Starting immediately, I have taken the role of Short-Term Volunteer Manager for Extreme Nazarene Ministries and Anndee is working as Short-Term Missions Assistant. We will be doing our job remotely from here in Rogers, as well as traveling to find ministry partners so support us in the this next step, spread the word as much as possible about what the Lord is doing through the ministry, and to visit family and friends.
To all of you who have sponsored us financially over the past 27 months, we want to say Thank You.
Because we have signed a contract for the new position, we are in immediate need of financial support to help cover our costs here in Rogers (utilities, fuel, insurance, food, schooling for the girls and ourselves, travel for ministry, etc.) as well as our transition to Quito, Ecuador in mid-June. Some of you have set up monthly donations, and some of those are still active, while some have ended. If you desire to renew or begin a new regular donation, you can visit www.extremenazarene.org/stringer.
